Who can get the welcome reading?

New customers, on their first purchase. It's one per person: if you have topped up before, or already had a welcome reading, it isn't available to you.

Which advisors can I use it with?

Any advisor you choose, up to 5 advisors in total. If an advisor doesn't take part, their profile says so.

What happens when my welcome minutes run out?

We remind you one minute before your welcome minutes run out. After that, the advisor's normal per-minute rate applies, paid from your balance — you see that rate before your session starts. If you have no balance, the reading pauses and you can top up or stop.

What if I don't use all my minutes?

They stay on your account: welcome minutes don't expire. Use them with up to 5 advisors whenever you like.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay $9.99 once. Nothing renews.
